Exhibitors must follow all policies in the Bentonville Public Library Policy Manual. The manual includes policies regarding use of facilities, sales of items and services, and promoting certain messages.
One 5 x 10 booth includes:
- One (1) 6’ x 33” table
- Two chairs
- WiFi - Exhibitors have access to the City of Bentonville WiFi for free
- Electricity upon request ahead of time.
Additional booth space, table(s) and chairs may be available, but by permission only.
The Library will not provide:
- Tablecloth
- Print materials (materials can be printed at our patron services areas at regular patron cost)
- Trash cans for each booth
- Extension cords for electricity
Please note:
- Food and beverage is permitted, but exhibitors should eat meals outside the event area.
- Handouts and merch must be family-friendly and align with BPL Policies.
- Music and loud activities that overwhelm fellow exhibitors, distract attendees, and bother our regular patrons is not permitted.
- Exhibit booths must be staffed by at least one exhibitor representative at all times during event.
- Exhibitor’s representatives wearing distinctive costumes or carrying banners or signs separately, or as a part of their apparel, must remain in their booth.
- Drawings/contests must align with BPL Policies and be approved ahead of time.
- Hand-written or unprofessional signs are highly discouraged.
- Exhibitors leaving before the event is over may be subject to a fee.
- Exhibitors must clean up their booth entirely when they leave.
