Bentonville Public Library has so many different types of spaces that can be used in so many different ways that, however you need to be, we probably have a space for that.
Work/Study SpacesWe have study rooms dedicated specifically for Adults, Teens, and Children with their families. All are well-lit, climate-controlled, and many come with a white board or digital display. These rooms are a great place to work, study, and read in peace and quiet. We also have curated a variety of spaces in the open for different preferences for comfort including cozy living room-style arrangements, low- and high-top tables with appropriate size chairs, and outdoor areas. Have a digital project you're working on? The *Digital Lab is ideal for focus and digital creation. Features include: quiet room, two digital displays. The following equipment is available: green screen, podcasting equipment, computers with design and programming software. |
Small Group SpacesIn addition to the curated open spaces around the Library, we also have small meeting rooms for up to 8 people, great for discussion, group projects, and more (coming early 2025). Many of these spaces have white boards and digital displays. Teens have meeting rooms for up to 6 people dedicated specifically to their use. Have a Book Club? We also have a *Book Club Lounge in our Community Hub that can be reserved. Have a digital project you're working on? The *Digital Lab is ideal for up to eight people to focus, collaboration and digital creation. Features include: quiet room, two digital displays. McMillon Lobby* Just inside our Main Street entrance is a lovely space that welcomes you into the rest of the library. This space can also be used afterhours event space with access to bathrooms and for pre-function purposes for events in the Walmart Foundation Community Room. This space is ideal for sign-up tables, mingling, and attendees waiting for access into the Walmart Foundation Community Room. |
Main Street Veranda Spanning along Main Street, our Veranda is a wide-open space with a variety of types of seating for gathering, working, and playing. This space is reservable for BPL-sponsored events only.

The Children's Storytime Room features an open space perfect for little ones and their families to gather as small or large groups. Features include a puppet theater, cubbies with toys, moveable living room style furniture, and digital display. This space is reservable for BPL-sponsored events only. |
The Children's Craft Room was created to provide a space for little ones and their families to create and make! Furniture was curated to provide seating and workspace for different types of makers. Features also include craft supplies, sound system, and digital display. This space is reservable for BPL-sponsored events only. |
